What are “meditations”? Numerous meditations are possible and helpful, but there is only one of supreme importance; it is the meditation on the theme “Who am I?” This leads eventually to the recognition that one is the Unicity, the Totality or the Consciousness Itself, beyond all limitations and divisions.
It essentially consists in eternal watchfulness, the witnessing of the consciousness everlastingly falling back into seeing events as variations on the theme of body-mind identification.
